Refund Policy

At NorthStar Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality education, industry-relevant training, and a seamless learning experience to every student. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any of our programs.

1. Strict No Refund Policy

All payments made toward any course, program, study material, service, or subscription at NorthStar Academy are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, under all circumstances and at any point in time.

This applies irrespective of:

  • Change of mind or personal decision
  • Non-usage of LMS, classes, or study materials
  • Technical issues on the student's side
  • Delay in joining or inability to join batches
  • Discontinuation or dropout from the course
  • Academic, professional, or personal reasons
  • Medical, financial, or family-related situations
  • EMI defaults, loan cancellations, or bank disputes
  • Misinterpretation of course features or expectations

Once payment is made and access is granted, no refunds, reversals, cancellations, chargebacks, or partial refunds will be issued.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are fully non-refundable:

  • Registration and admission fees
  • Administrative or processing charges
  • LMS access once activated
  • Books or printed materials once shipped or downloaded
  • Digital study materials or PDFs
  • Mentoring or doubt-clearing sessions
  • Flash-sale or promotional course enrollments
  • EMI convenience fees or third-party financing charges
  • Or any other reasons not included in the list

3. EMI / Installment Payments

If you enroll using EMI (via Bank/NBFC/PayLater/Credit Card EMI):

  • The EMI cannot be cancelled, paused, or stopped by NorthStar Academy
  • The EMI agreement is between you and the financing provider
  • Discontinuing the course does not cancel EMI obligations
  • EMI defaults may result in LMS suspension

EMI payments also remain strictly non-refundable.

4. Course Cancellation by NorthStar Academy

In rare situations where NorthStar Academy cancels a batch or program:

  • Students will be offered a free batch transfer, or
  • An internal course shift of equivalent value

Refunds will not be applicable, even in this scenario.

5. Unauthorized Payments

Payments made to:

  • Individual or personal bank accounts
  • Staff UPI IDs
  • Third-party agents or counselors
  • Unverified payment links

will not be considered valid, and no refunds or services will be provided.

Students must ensure payment is made only to official NorthStar Academy accounts.

6. Content Access & Usage Responsibility

Once LMS access is activated or materials are sent:

  • Non-usage does not qualify for a refund
  • Not attending classes does not qualify for a refund
  • Technical issues from the student's side do not qualify for a refund

7. Finality of Policy

Enrolling in any NorthStar Academy course constitutes acceptance of this No Refund Policy.

The Academy reserves the right to update this policy at any time, and continued enrollment signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
